Pelatro was established in April 2013 by Subash Menon and Sudeesh Yezhuvath. Pelatro was established with a dream to make world-driving software solutions for Telecom Marketing.
Recruitment involved multiple stakeholders to be managed for interviews, screening and shortlisting. Manual data entry of resumes was a tedious activity being done by recruiters. Pelatro wanted a tool for effective stakeholder alignment in interviewing and communication with candidates.
TurboHire was used by Pelatro for candidate search, internal communication, and live candidate interviews. The product of TurboHire that Pelatro found most favorable for their requirements is the Talent Acquisition Platform which helped streamline the entire process.
