Workable vs TurboHire

Comparing the first module of recruitment automation, and talent discovery, TurboHire offers all 10 features from Job board integration to workflow, email templates and smart tags.

While TurboHire has a chrome extension to directly extract profiles from LinkedIn, Workable does not have a chrome extension but they have LinkedIn recruiter integration.

Another differentiating feature, with Workable you can not track the shared profiles with the hiring manager & also don’t have the option to share the resumes in bulk.

The second module covers all things assessments and interviews. While TurboHire offers all the 12 features in this module, Workable excludes 5 crucial features like no bulk emails and no custom scheduling of interviews and one-way interviews.

Similarly, TurboHire has integrations like outlook, google, and Microsoft teams, for video conferencing whereas, Workable does not have integration with the outlook calendar and option to send interview and feedback reminders, unlike TurboHire.

While both the platforms have all 5 features in this module, Workable has less effective report except for, hiring velocity (that too gets updates after 6 hours from the time of performing the action).

With Workable, you cannot create many useful reports that any organisation would require to understand the insight and Trends of recruitment. Unfortunately, you need to be dependent on the very basic reports that cable provides.

TurboHire provides 32+ comprehensive reports that are customisable and can be exported to the dashboard as well as with team members, enhancing planning and decision-making.

Other than providing great functionality is even more crucial to facilitate the use of those features.

While TurboHire provides all the support needed, Workable does not have a product tour within the platform, there is a lack of information about the product at many points.
