Deepak Agarwal


Ex-ISB, SmallbizExpress, Infosys, PwC and IITD, XIMB

Deepak is founder of When Erling Kagge was solo walking from the edge of Antarctica to South-pole, a solo journey which took him 55 days on foot, he realized that snow is not always just white, if you look closely and long enough, it can also be at times pink, light blue, coarse, fluffy or slushy. Deepak’s experience and observations on talent at ISB gave him insight to craft Turbohire.

Deepak carries strong background in Entrepreneurship, Technology, Leadership and Team building in real world. He has worked in ISB, own ventures, Infosys and PwC. He is an undergrad from IIT Delhi and graduate in management from Xavier Institute of Management.

Deepak is a fitness enthusiast, dabbles in short stories and poetry and is always ready to appreciate good humor.

Abhishek Kabra


Abhishek is co-founder at He loves to handle massive volumes of unstructured data. He has built the core of talent selection AI at and believes that Turbohire AI can transform and smoothen talent selection paradigm across industries.

Abhishek has been a full stack developer at Google. He has built highly secure, high volume, high performance Mobile Payment App launched by Google. In course of his work at Google, he has conducted hundreds of interviews to select next line of Googlers.

Prior to Google, Abhishek has worked at Samsung Research Institute, where he was instrumental in building cutting edge AI and DL frameworks for Iris and Fingerprint recognition technologies.

Abhishek is a graduate in Computer Science from IIT Bombay. He likes to play strategy games and follows several fiction series.

Gaurav Kumar


Gaurav is co-founder at He goes an extra mile to build simpler user experience. He has built the core of AI product offerings at He has made Turbohire flexible enough to work with myriad other technologies to improve talent selection paradigm.

Gaurav has been a full stack developer at Microsoft. He has built high-availability Enterprise grade business productivity applications as well as always-alive consumer information portals.

He has been member of core architecture team to take Microsoft Visio online, now with 100m+ users. He has built and improved content syndication at He has also worked with user search preferences and massively unstructured data in Microsoft Bing search.

Gaurav is a graduate in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from NIT, Trichy. He loves water and the pool. He also follows technology blogs.

Aman Gour


Ex-Microsoft and IITB

Aman is co-founder at He has built Turbohire ML engine and core Infrastructure to work at scale. He likes to build solutions to problems that can cause greater positive impact.

Aman has worked as a Technical Program Manager at Microsoft. He has been a bulwark to building Digital India offering of Microsoft to train marginalized sections under poor bandwidth, language deficiencies, subpar devices and other constraints. Earlier as a Software Engineer, his contributions to Microsoft Dynamics CRM enabled him to embrace product philosophy of an enterprise-grade Cloud application.

He has contributed as a Visiting Research Scholar at TU Braunschweig, also published and presented research work at prestigious SODA conference. He is a meritorious graduate in Computer Science from IIT Bombay where he was also a Teaching Assistant on ML courses. He is a nature lover and frequent solo trekker to inspiring places on Earth.

Rakesh Nayak


Ex-Microsoft and IITB

Rakesh is co-founder at He is the whiz-kid who can take a shot at any problem and often end up solving it. He has made Turbohire API rich and secure to enable Turbohire integrate with any platform.

Rakesh has been a full stack developer at Microsoft. He has worked on high-availability Enterprise grade technology productivity applications such as Visual Studio online.

He has been organizer and Advisor & Mentor for several hackathon and innovation events at Microsoft involving computer vision, machine learning, NLP and myriad other technologies.

Rakesh is a graduate in Computer Science with honors from IIT Bombay. Hailing from hinterland of India, he spends time teaching kids from rural background to reduce their school dropout rate.

Kuldeep Rathod

Head of Design

Kuldeep Rathod, heads the Design at TurboHire. He brings Design thinking, Usability and Structure to the TurboHire Platform. He mostly engages himself as listener during customer conversations or observing users on TurboHire platform. He then spends hours on the White-Boards with colourful pens.

Previously Kuldeep has founded his own Design Consultancy - the knowledge and experience of his previous venture helps Kuldeep work through the pace of start-up industry while ensuring world-class quality of design.

He has done Masters in Design from IIT Bombay and Bachelors in Architecture from MNIT, Jaipur India.

Kuldeep who appears extremely serious, breaks into laughter easily but does make weights sweat in the Gym to clear his head.

Rajarshi Vaibhav Khare

Software Developer


Rajarshi is the newest member of TurboHire team. With great passion for technology and a knack to learn new things quickly, Rajarshi is helping build TurboHire platform at a tremendous pace. Previously, Rajarshi graduated from IIIT Bhubaneshwar in Computer Science and Technology.

Rajarshi not just brings immense discipline in Software Development but also is the person with best creative skills in the TurboHire team. He enjoys playing music instruments in his spare time and also enjoy comedy shows.

Chief Knowledge Officer at Goddard Space Flight Center

Dr Rogers, alongside his extensive teaching on the topic “Managing Complexity” of decision making among knowledge workers in intelligent enterprises of today, is currently Chief Knowledge Officer at Goddard Space Flight Centre, NASA since 2003. His research and publications apply game theory models to co-operation and decision-making processes in large organizations as well as Startups.

He has received a Ph.D. in Human Resources from Cornell University focusing on the role of cooperation in high tech firms. Dr Rogers has also done MIB from Darla Moore School of Business and a BS in Agronomy from Ohio State University.

In early 1980s, he performed five years of relief work in war-ravaged Southern Lebanon. Dr Rogers is fan of Bollywood and Harley Davidson motorbike.

Ayaskant heads Leadership Hiring, Learning and Development and Talent Analytics for $8.5 b revenue Wipro Limited globally. Prior to his current role, he was heading the HR function for all Service Lines of Wipro Technologies, providing HR Leadership to 80,000 employees globally. Ayaskant has spent more than 20 years in the area of Human Resources and brings with him senior leadership experience in areas like talent acquisition, talent management, workforce planning, C&B, M&A, Learning and Development and Analytics over the years. Prior to Wipro, he has worked with GE, Infosys Technologies and L&T.

Ayaskant has championed the cause of Disability and Diversity hiring and has made an impact in this field through development of Diversity Sustainability indicators at the organization as well as industry level. He is a sought-after speaker at NHRDN, SHRM, NASSCOM and many other Industry forums.

Amit Nandkeolyar

Amit Nandkeolyar joined IIM Ahmedabad in 2018 after working at the Indian School of Business for nearly a decade. He holds a PhD in organizational behavior and human resources from the University of Iowa, USA, an MBA from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, and a BE from the National Institute of Technology, Durgapur. Prior to joining academia, he worked with the MMTC Limited, an International commodity trading company, in the areas of corporate planning and engineering exports.

Amit’s research focuses on understanding personality, abusive supervision, and negotiations. He is currently exploring how individuals succeed in overcoming obstacles at their workplace. He has taught a wide variety of audience on leadership development, team building and negotiation skills.

He has published in top-tier management journals like Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology, Organizational Dynamics and Harvard Business Review. In 2013, his article was awarded the Best Paper award by International Association of Conflict Management. He has received multiple “Outstanding Reviewer” awards from the Organizational Behavior (OB) and Managerial and Cognition (MOC) Division of the Academy of Management, USA.

He also writes for the popular media and has been widely quoted by media outlets like Forbes India, China Daily, Economic Times, Mint, Business World, The Hindu and The Times of India.
